Happy Faces was started in 1993 by Jane.
In 1995 she arranged and organized a meeting
of like minded face painters at which
FACE, The Face Painting Association
was formed.
Happy Faces are based in LEICESTER and COVENTRY.
Our painters are very busy in all areas in the Midlands
and often work further a field.
